Returns
For Hair Care products such as Lotions, Conditioners, Shampoos, Mask and other Hair/Beard Maintenance products etc. all SALES ARE FINAL- due to perishability and contamination. 
You may qualify for a refund/Exchange if your item arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s) has been shipped shipped. Only items in this category are eligible for a full refund. To determine whether or not you qualify for a refund, please send us a photo of the damaged item within 3 business days of receiving your order. If your item is eligible for a refund, we will send you a mailing label to return the package to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The item(s) should NOT HAVE BEEN UNSEALED, WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED, and ALL tags/seal/tapes should be attached. Please notify us at hello@afrofellas.com before returning an item.

  • Securely pack and seal items to be returned into a BOX with our invoice/note. We are not responsible for returned items damaged in transit.
  • Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for the shipping cost of returning the returned items which do not comply with our policies.

  • Photographic proof must be provided with any damage inquiry
Please allow 48 hours from receipt of returned item for PayPal refund processing. Refunds may take up to 3 business days to reflect on your account. (Depends on initial form of payment)

Exchanges
Due to our limited inventory NO merchandise exchange is allowed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only to states where Afrofellas™ has a physical presence. Currently this is only in Texas, USA
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include a tracking number for your package so that you may track the progress of your shipment. The tracking will not deliver to an incorrect/inaccurate email address.
Shipment Guidelines
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 3:00 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours. All orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. **DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.
Refused Shipments
You will be responsible for a restocking fee and the original shipping charges on any shipments refused from Hattaché™. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. This includes packages returned as undeliverable by the Postal Company
