What is the condition of the item?
Item is new.
Why is the color in the picture different from the color(s) in the description?
We use the same picture for similar items. You will receive the color/item selected on your order. Please visit the Color Chart Page to review the color you are interested in purchasing.
If I place an order can you send in a different variant?
Due to limited inventory, we will only ship the size/color/scent ordered.
Why is the color/consistency of the product different from my previous order?
Our suppliers/brands mostly use natural/organic ingredients in the product formulations. Due to the nature of the ingredients used the color and scent may be different from your previous order. This should not affect the efficacy of the product.

Shipping

How long will delivery of my order(s) take?
We process and ship orders within 48 hours after it has been paid (except weekends and Public Holidays). The US Postal Service estimates 3 - 5 business days to most destinations within the USA. International orders are typically delivered within 1-3 weeks, depending upon the destination and customs processing.

Can I pick up my order?
No, we do not have a storefront to offer store pick-up
Can I request expedited/rush processing on my order?
We do not offer overnight, expedited or rush processing. All orders are processed within 48 hours after transaction has been paid. (Monday-Friday, Excludes Public Holidays)
Do you offer International shipping?
Yes. We only ship to Canada. For other countries, we recommend using a service that would provide you with a USA address that we can ship to. That company will then ship your package to its final destination. Example: MyUS.Com  
Additional charges may be imposed by your local customs authority. 
How often do you ship?
We ship every day of the week excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Orders are processed within 48 hours after transaction has been paid.
How can I track my purchase?
Domestic/USA - Delivery tracking confirmation number will be emailed               International – Delivery tracking/Customs declaration control number will be emailed. Please note that the USPS tracking numbers issued may not be updated at USPS.com for 24+ hours
Can I ship my order to an address other than the one provided with the order?
We will only ship to the address indicated on the order.

How do I pay for my purchase?
Use a Visa, MasterCard or American Express and PayPal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
If you have already registered with PayPal and have an account with them, then you may use it to make purchases through this store. However, you do not need to have a PayPal account to buy from this store; you have the option to pay using credit or debit card when you go through the checkout process.
Do you accept money order?
No we do not. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and PayPal. Additionally, payments can be processed by linking your bank account with PayPal.
Why was my credit card order declined?
A credit card order may be rejected on our web site for some of the reasons below: 
Incorrect billing address submitted 
Incorrect expiration date submitted
Incorrect Security Code submitted for the credit card
Insufficient Funds available to process the order
Credit limit exceeded or fraud review
How secure is your site/store?
Our store includes a 128 bit SSL certificate that is used by the store shopping cart. The hosting and software is level 1 PCI compliant through Shopify.
